The Premier Scottish wedding band

The Vinyls are possibly the best wedding band Scotland has to offer providing a fresh and dynamic range of timeless, old and contemporary Rock, Pop, Soul, RNB, Electronica , Britpop, Reggae and Dance classics.

This 5-piece wedding band are very experienced and charismatic performers with all the professionalism, reliability, and individuality to help make just about any event a roaring success. The band have a passion for performing just as much as you'll enjoy grooving to their music. The Vinyls bring together numerous musical styles in addition to a wealth of experience in wedding venues throughout Scotland. Having two Irishmen as part of the band's line up (lead vocals and bass) also means that folk songs from the Emerald Isle are always on standby. Peter can additionally sing out a selection of classical and operatic songs if you fancy something a little different at your wedding reception in Scotland.

While they raise the roof with up tempo pop, rock and dance favorites they can also lower the pace with soulful ballads - the astonishing lead vocals and tight sound will provide your wedding guests with a fantastic evening's live entertainment.

This Scottish covers band provide live music for weddings, corporate events as well as other functions throughout Scotland and can also perform first dance requests provided they have 8 weeks notice. The Vinyls can additionally present a brief Ceilidh set using pre-recorded backing tracks if requested while calling the dances for those who are unsure of the steps!

Available for weddings in Edinburgh, Glasgow and throughout central Scotland

Regardless of the size and nature of your wedding, The Vinyls will always endeavor to make your night run as smoothly as possible, taking a break during the buffet and providing upbeat pop and chart music from an ipod playlist between their sets. You may even bring along some CDs, or your personal ipod if you prefer and the Vinyls will play this through their P.A. system. The Vinyls love good music, collecting new and old recordings and performing the songs completely live - as near to the original recordings as possible. The blend of an incredibly gifted lead vocalist, the individuality of the band members, their skill and attention to detail and their use of high quality equipment all contribute to making the Vinyls a wonderful choice for virtually any event or wedding in Scotland.
